Fun & Positive Group Interaction for Children
Who: Children between the ages of 6 and 10 (may consider exceptions) who have an Autism Spectrum Disorder, present with autism like symptoms, or have other functional deficits that prevent them from having typical interactions in various social settings.
What: A fun program that addresses social issues, such as: team work, manners, and proper communication using exciting activities such as sports, team building, crafts, cooking, and board & card games.
When: The Social Skills program will meet on Thursdays from 10-11:30 starting July 15 (July 15, 22, 29, August 5, 12,19)
Where: Hickory office of Children’s Neurotherapy Services
Cost: The cost for the entire 6-week program will be $160 per child. This payment must be received before the first meeting.
