The Children's Neurotherapy Services is
continuing to meet the critical need for quality pediatric physical and
occupational therapy, as well as speech/language pathology treatment in
the Catawba Valley and surrounding counties. Our facility provides customized
programs based on a large variety of proven approaches that educate parents
and care givers of special needs children.
At CNS, our mission is to create an outreach for educational programs like
workshops, seminars for parents, educators, and health care professionals.
John Dayberry, Business Editor, for The Hickory Daily Record, writes, "The
treatment area...looks much like an indoor playground; Thick mats in bright
primary colors cushion the floor. State of the art therapeutic technology
in the guise of sturdy swings, ladders, and a ball pit invite youngsters
to become involved."
The 5000 square feet facility includes four large Occupational Therapy/Physical
Therapy gyms with two-way mirrors for parental observation, three Speech/Language
Therapy testing and treatment rooms, a large gait training area, and two infant
treatment rooms.
We are located at 1087 13th Street, SE in the Seven Springs business park off
Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd, one block north of I-40.
